Please read these Terms and Conditions ('Terms') carefully before using the https://unbrid.com/rwa and https://fierce.unbrid.com/ ('Sites'), operated by UnBRID Technologies LTD ('UnBRID', 'we', 'our'). By accessing, using, mining, or interacting with Prosperity Totems (NFTs) or FIERCE Tokens through our Sites, you ('you', 'user', 'holder') agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional legal documents published by UnBRID. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Sites.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, mining, or interacting with Prosperity Totems (NFTs) or FIERCE Tokens through our Sites, you ('you', 'user', 'holder') agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional legal documents published by UnBRID. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Sites.
Nature of Assets
Prosperity Totems and FIERCE Tokens do not constitute securities, financial instruments, shares, nor offer legal ownership rights in any company. They are utility, access, and/or governance tokens within the UnBRID and UPN ecosystem.
Exclusive Use
The user acknowledges that NFTs and Tokens are digital assets intended for participation, rewards, access, or governance within the ecosystem, and do not guarantee returns on investment, corporate ownership, or legal rights over underlying assets.
Age and Ability
To use these Sites, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
Jurisdictional Eligibility
Access and use of the Sites may be restricted in jurisdictions where the possession, exchange, holding, or acquisition of digital assets is prohibited or regulated by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with the applicable laws in your territory.
Registration and Wallet Security
The user is responsible for the security of their wallet, private keys/seed phrase, and all access credentials. UnBRID does not store nor can it recover keys or assets lost due to negligence, hacking, or user error.
Mining/Mint Process
The user may mine Prosperity Totems (NFT) or FIERCE Tokens provided that they comply with the conditions, costs, payment methods, and requirements published on the Site. All transactions, payments, and operations are executed via smart contracts on the Polygon blockchain. The user confirms they understand the inherent risks: failures, bugs, coding errors, congestion, or vulnerabilities.
Rewards and Yield Policy
Rewards, bonuses, returns, and yields may change at any time according to project development, market conditions, and ecosystem performance. UnBRID does not guarantee future returns. All projections presented are informative and non-binding.
Risks and Liability Disclaimer
The user accepts and understands that acquisition, holding, and use of NFTs and FIERCE Tokens carry high risks: Price volatility and total/partial loss of value, Regulatory risks, Blockchain or smart contract errors and hacks, Custody risks, Technological, operational, legal, and adoption changes. UnBRID, its affiliates, and team are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from usage, holding, transferring, staking, or inability to use the assets and platforms.
No Financial or Legal Advice
Nothing published on the Sites constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment advice or personal recommendation. Before acquiring or mining any asset, consult independent specialists according to your situation and local regulation.
Compliance and KYC
UnBRID may require identity verification ('KYC') procedures for compliance with local or international regulations. The user agrees to supply true and complete information. Non-compliance may limit, restrict, or cancel your access.
Modifications of Terms
UnBRID reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Sites indicates acceptance of any changes made.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. All disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Dubai.
Intellectual Property and Contact
